A Villager's Crocodile's Tears:Should only women cry or shed tears.Why not men?

Men are different than women in terms of hormonal make up. I would think that's why women are more emotional. Some men may be more sensitive because of a physiological thing. Who knows. Most men I know are very simple so they don't get all emotional and feel the need to cry.
