Question about mayo........?

all eggs are pasteurized - it's the law! unless you're getting imported mayo from elsewhere. i find it's much better to just make it yourself. a couple egg yolks, some lemon juice, a cup of oil and a blender. delicious! and you can add garlic, onion, herbs, hot pepper, anything you want to improve the taste...
