FL unemployment when do I get my $$$?

I qualified for unemployment on 7/8/09, claimed my weeks on 7/20 and now what? I havent gotten a check, I actually signed up for direct deposit and the money hasnt gone in yet. Does anyone know when Ill get my money?? ive been trying to call the hotline for 3 weeks with no success,thank u
