What do I include in the evidence section of my GCSE case study?

I'm doing my physics and biology case studies (I'm doing mobile phones for physics and food additives for biology) and I'm doing the evidence section, I know that we have to find lots of evidence and comment on its reliability but I don't know what else to include. I'd like to hear from anybody who is doing/has done/ has taught a case study.
