Somethings wrong with my new born kitten?

Hi my female cat had 6 kittens 6 days ago but 1 of them died alrdy she was too small well 1 of my kittens has a red puffed up eye and white stuff is comin out all the other kittens eyes are startin to open exept hers shes the smalled of them all is there anything i can do because im runin low on money and i cant afford the vet bill can i do anything for her to make it beter?
