My friend with benefit jus said "i love you" and i said back by mistake too..was i too obvious?

If he said it just like you posted "Love ya", then it may have just been a casual thing, and not really saying he is in love with you. If he said "I love you", that seems more serious. I guess you'll have to figure out what he meant by his tone and how he acts in the next few days.
