I cant start my control panel, nor cn i see d logos of C & D drive in "My Computer" while E & F cn b seen.?

It is nothing but your system32 is affected or may be your autorun.inf file may be deleted. all you need to do is, get your system booted in Safe mode and do the system restoration.if the restoration not takes place just try this, that in safe mode there is another one option that is called as, last known good configuration. to do this, while booting your system simultaneously tab the F8 key continuously until your monitor starts in safe mode.in safe mode you can select either system restoration or last known good configuration. your system will be restored to the earlier stage when every thing was perfect.
