How would you change national politics/government? Help me make a list.?

This is a good question. I do believe it and also some of the additional information from the answers have been around the block for many many years. Washington does not want to release its death grip on the people.... We the People have been put onto the back burner sort of speaking. What will fix it? It will take a major upheaval... all major changes take place that way. The people are not united, there is not a single voice rising up, there is no leadership from anyone to reform this corrupt government. Some very harsh things will happen in the future... When were and how remain to be seen.
