What cles do I take?

I am aabout to graduate highschool and i was looking into the nursing programs i would prefer to work in a family practice and also be able to work in a hospital what program do i take for that? also I am a homeschooled student so I do not have to tak my sat will that effect anything ? and what is th entry exams like?
