Is this too much exercise a day?

If you could condence that down to say...25 min in the morning and 30 min in the eve. with your hardest being in the morning and easyist in the eve. you would be setting a great goal for the rest of your life. you can always expount on your workout by changing time or lenght or weights. anymore questions let me know cfjfiles@yahoo.com
